Dr. Daniel "Dan" Jenkins is the Program Director for the Master of Arts in Clinical Counseling program. He has been with 2021¹ú²úÂ鶹¾ç for over 13 years, teaching at the undergraduate level prior to developing a graduate program to help grow and train future clinicians. His passion for mental health is evidenced by his extensive experience in the field, ranging from teaching at universities, facilitating faith-based groups, and meeting with a range of clients in private practice. Within the program, Dr. Jenkins is known by his colleagues for his humor and work ethic, and among the student body, he is well-loved for his compassionate heart and wealth of knowledge which flow in every interaction. In his free time, Dr. Jenkins enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in exciting adventures such as scaling Mount Whitney, hiking the John Muir Trail, and participating in the Spartan Race as well as keeping connected with the undergraduate Psychology Department's semesterly Tennis Tournament.
